Billing, credits and what stays on your computer.

Is the browser really free?

Yes, with no time limit, and every plan has every function: tabs, split view, workspaces, the ad blocker, Hide my IP, passwords, notes, extensions, backups, sync of everything, scheduled jobs, automations, the AI agent on pages and premium models. AI with your own keys or Ollama is unlimited and never uses credits; Minda AI, the models Minda hosts, is paid by use with credits, and that is where the plans differ: Free comes with 100 Minda AI credits a month, 30 free everyday replies a day, 10 followed social profiles and 20 cloud automations, Pro with 2,000, 100, 2,000 and 50, Max with 6,000, 200, 2,000 and 50. Pro is Minda all in one.

Do I need credits to use AI?

No. AI with Ollama on your computer or your own API keys is unlimited on every plan and never uses credits. Credits pay only for Minda AI, the models Minda hosts for you.

What is a credit?

Credits pay for Minda AI by what each request uses: about 1 credit for a typical message on Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite. In Minda, the chat's model menu shows each model's price under its name. Each step of an agent task is a request. A model without a price list costs a flat 1 credit a request (10 credits on a premium one), and a request that fails before it answers is refunded. Everyday models answer short questions free: 30 a day on Free, 100 on Pro and 200 on Max. Included credits renew every month, with 100 more while Minda is your default browser. Need more? Packs of 1,000 credits for $5, 5,500 for $25 or 11,500 for $50: used after the month's credits, and they never expire. Buy credits on the web

Can I see what I spend?

Yes. Each Minda AI reply shows what it cost, and Settings → Account → Minda AI credits → History lists the last 30 days by day and model. See your usage on the web

How does the 7-day trial work?

Your first Pro subscription starts with 7 days free and asks for no card. It ends by itself unless you add one, so you are never charged by surprise.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted and every function keeps working: the Minda AI credits a month, free everyday replies, followed profiles and cloud automations become your new plan's for anything new (everyone you follow stays followed, and an automation already on stays on), and credits you bought in packs never expire.

Can I switch plans or billing?

Does my plan work in the Chrome extensions?

Yes. Minda SI for Chrome and Minda Social for Chrome sign in with the same Minda account, so your plan, its credits and the people you follow are the same there. The Minda browser does the most: every function, in your own workspaces, and Pro is Minda all in one. Download Minda

Is there a plan for teams?

Yes. Anyone signed in, on any plan, can buy a team in Minda from Settings → Team: name it and pick a seat for each member ($30 a month or $300 a year per seat, 2 to 500 seats); a team's first seats come with 14 days free and no card. Every member gets Pro, and the team's admins get the company tools: your company domain, shared apps, policies such as blocked sites or keeping AI on members' computers, and an audit log. Anyone signed in can also make a team for shared workflows without seats, joining one is free, and an existing team's owner buys its seats from the team's card in Settings → Team.

What leaves my computer?

While you are signed in, sync keeps your bookmarks, history, passwords, notes and AI chats on your other computers and your phone. It is encrypted before it is sent: by default Minda keeps the key, so a sign-in is all it takes (and Minda's server could read it); with your own passphrase it can't. Turn it off in Settings → Account → Sync. Settings → About → What leaves this computer lists every connection Minda makes.

Your subscription is securely processed by Stripe, and your plan starts as soon as the payment succeeds. Minda never sees your card number.
